Finland has a state alcohol monopoly. Beers up to 5.5% ABV, ciders, and wines up to 8% can be bought in grocery stores (K-market, S-market, Lidl, etc.) until 21:00 daily. Stronger alcohol - wines over 8%, spirits, and stronger products - can only be bought at Alko stores. Restaurants and bars serve all alcohol. Minimum age is 18 for grocery store alcohol and 20 for strong alcohol at Alko. Alcohol cannot be bought before 9:00.
