This is why having a Finnish bank account is so important beyond just receiving money. Without bank credentials you cannot access many digital services in Finland. Once you have an account, the bank provides you with a code card or mobile app for strong authentication. The Mobile ID (Mobiilivarmenne) from your phone operator is an alternative if you cannot get bank credentials yet.
