Your UH account unlocks Sisu, Moodle, Eduroam, the library, and email. Activate up to four months before studies begin (earliest 1 August).
Wait for the student register to email you that your information has been recorded.
If you have Finnish e-banking credentials, activate online at helsinki.fi. Without them, fill in the user-account application and email it to helpdesk@helsinki.fi.
After approval, visit a Helpdesk ID point in person OR complete video identification per the instructions sent to you.
