The Frank app is your digital student card — unlocks Unicafe prices, museum discounts, Unisport prices, and transport discounts.
You must be a member of the student union (HYY at UH / ISYY at UEF). Degree students are automatic members; exchange students join separately.
Download the Frank app (iOS / Android).
Log in with your Finnish bank credentials or university credentials, fill in basic info, add a photo.
Your digital card activates from 1 August when your right to study begins. Reload the app after sharing your personal identity code with student services so it syncs.
